All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Prices are inclusive of GST. 

There may be instances where flower substitutions may be necessary. Please see our Substitution Policy below for details. 

Delivery details must be complete and accurate. Any changes may incur additional delivery fees. All additional fees will be notified to the customer prior to delivery. Please refer to Delivery Policy for further information. 

As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not obliged to refund any part of a purchase due to change of mind. 

Under no circumstances is The Collie Florist liable for loss of profits, whether direct or indirect or any indirect or consequential damage whatsoever suffered by you. 

If The Collie Florist fails to supply services or goods offered by The Collie Florist, The Collie Florist's liability is limited to supplying the services or goods again or if The Collie Florist does not supply the services or goods again, the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again. 

The Collie Florist does not warrant expressly or imply that your access to and use of the Site, or any other website linked to this Site will be uninterrupted or error free. 

The Colie Florist does not warrant, expressly or impliedly that any defects will be corrected or that the Site (or any website linked to this Site) or the server which stores and transmits Content to you are free of viruses or any other harmful components. 

To the extent permitted by law, in no circumstances (including negligence) will The Collie Florist, our officers, employees, advisers, partners, agents or suppliers, or any of our licensors, related companies and affiliates or their officers, employees, advisers, partners, agents or suppliers, be liable for any damages that result from: any of your information or text appearing on the Site;  your reliance on the Site; or the use of or access to, or the inability to use or access the Site, or the loss of any data. This limitation of liability extends to our licensors, related companies and affiliates and each of our or their officers, employees, advisers, partners, agents, suppliers, individually or jointly. 

The scripts (computer code that comprise this website) are copyright and may not be downloaded, copied or otherwise stored unless in their original format with the full written approval of the webmaster. 

This Site is available only for your personal use. You may print copies of the Content and store associated files on your own computer for the purposes of using this Site and the services provided on this Site; and reference hypertext documents on this server from your own documents, print, copy and distribute the information on this site pursuant with these terms of use. You must not use the Site in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or in any manner which violates any right of The Collie Florist or which is prohibited by the Terms and Conditions.

The data and information contained on this Site are for your general information only and are not intended to be a substitute for legal advice. 

By using this Site, you are acknowledging your consent to the above Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this Site. 

The Collie Florist makes every effort to ensure that the products we have offered for sale are available at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to, if necessary, make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time. Only in circumstances where the contents vary dramatically will the customer be notified beforehand.

Except for products where we have indicated that there be no substitution, The Collie Florist will always give priority in decreasing order of importance to delivering your order on time, colour preference, the theme of the arrangement and then specific flower varieties. Orders will always be fulfilled to the full retail value (or higher) of the order. 

Cancellations / changes may be made up to 48 hours prior to the delivery day. Cancellations will incur an administration fee of $15. Any orders that have already created or that are on board with our courier service cannot be cancelled. 

Sometimes even the shiniest apple can be brown in the middle. Cut flowers can have their problems too, so if you notice a problem with the quality of the flowers or gift received, we request that you contact us for review within 24 hours from purchase. A photograph of the flowers is required in order for us to review the quality issue. A response to quality issues is usually given within one business day of receiving the photo. 

 

Non-delivery complaints must be received within 24 hours of the delivery date. Issues raised after this time will be considered on an individual basis. Refunds are processed within 2 – 5 business days of the customer being notified that their request for a full or partial refund has been granted. Funds are returned to the credit card/PayPal account that the purchase was made with. 

Orders must be paid for before delivery or collection. 

In the event that your credit card is not able to be charged, you will be notified at the checkout stage. You will then need to contact your financial institution for further assistance and/or contact The Collie Florist to provide a different form of payment. 

Please Note: Your order will not be processed until your credit card is able to be charged the full amount of your order. 

 

Once your online order has been placed you will receive a confirmation receipt via email. Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. If your order is a gift, please check that you have entered the correct shipping address, as web browsers, phone wallets and Apple/Google/Shop/PayPal may autofill your billing address as the shipping address. 

If you order for same day delivery and need to amend or cancel the order, please call us on (08) 97342202. If we have made/attempted delivery or delivered your purchase, we may not provide a refund. 

 

Refunds may be provided in the case that flowers and other products are faulty and we receive notification including photographs within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. This is so we can report issues to our wholesalers. Requests made outside this time will be assessed on a case by case basis and may not be fully refunded. 

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Voucher, you accept and become bound by the terms and conditions below and as varied from time to time. 

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Please check these terms and conditions on our website at regular intervals for any changes. 

You may purchase Gift Vouchers In Store by payment in cash or by debit or credit card. Gift Cards may only be purchased with the value specified on the Gift Card. 

A physical Gift Voucher may only be redeemed by the purchase of goods and services In Store.  

You may not use a Gift Voucher to make purchases that are prohibited or restricted by law. 

A Gift Voucher may only be redeemed by purchases up to the value specified on the Gift Card. If you wish to make a purchase that exceeds that value, you must pay the excess using another method of payment. 

A Gift Voucher may be redeemed in one or more transactions. When making purchases using the Gift Voucher, the balance on your Gift Voucher will be reduced by the value of the purchase. The remaining balance may be used by making future purchases subject to these terms and conditions. 

You may check the balance on your Gift Voucher and relevant transaction history by making In Store enquires with our staff. 

A Gift Voucher that has been damaged or altered, defaced or otherwise tampered with, whether for fraudulent purposes or otherwise, will become void and may not be redeemed. Such Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. 

The redemption of Gift Vouchers may not be cancelled or reversed except with our approval which we may give or withhold at our discretion. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or under our returns policy in respect of goods or services purchased on redemption of a Gift Voucher. 

Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers made out to a person/s or organisation are non-transferrable. 

Gift Vouchers will expire as per the date indicated on them at issue, or any other term as required by legislation, if they are not redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. 

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Voucher. We are not responsible for any transactions using your Gift Voucher except to the extent that there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
