Delivery Information

Same day delivery guaranteed, when the order is placed by 2:00 pm weekdays (Perth time) on the desired date of delivery. Please note if you require a delivery to be made after our cut off time, give us a call and in most cases we can assist with late orders. Any orders received after the cut off time will be delivered the following business day. 

Our standard delivery service ensures that all business deliveries will be delivered prior to 5.00pm, and all residential deliveries may be delivered any time prior to 6.00pm. 

Saturday deliveries must be placed online by 10.00AM Perth time. Please call us if your order is outside this time and we will try and assist. 

Delivery for Sundays and Public Holidays 

Delivery on Sunday (except Mother's Day) or Public holidays are not available. 

If a delivery on a Sunday is required, please call our friendly team with your request. In some cases we may be able to assist. Please note, an additional delivery charge will apply. 

The Collie Florist will make every attempt to accommodate your time request, but a specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. If you have a specific delivery time request, please call us and we will endeavour to fulfil your request. Some requests may incur an additional delivery charge. 

If the delivery address you have provided to The Collie Florist is incorrect, the courier will attempt to call you to discuss options. If we cannot reach you or the recipient, your order will be returned to the shop by the courier and we will await your instructions. Please note that re-delivery will incur an additional delivery fee. 

The Collie Florist will leave your order in a safe location if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery. If we are unable to access the address due to locked gates or roaming dogs, we will contact you for instructions. If the courier is unable to leave the order for any reason, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or to arrange collection from the shop. An additional delivery fee may apply.  

The Collie Florist will generally leave your order with reception if the recipient is unavailable to take personal delivery. 

Any alcohol sold through The Collie Florist will only be delivered as a gift with any of our hampers or flower deliveries. Under no circumstances are we able to sell the alcohol separately. Recipients must be 18 years or older and alcohol cannot be left unattended at the delivery address. 

The Collie Florist is based in Collie Western Australia and therefore we unable to personally delivery flowers outside of our local area. However, if you wish to order flowers outside the Collie area please contact us and we will arrange a local florist to make and deliver your order PH: 08 9734 2202
