Hi, I'm the human behind The Collie Florist.

Before flowers, my life was very different. I spent many years as a police officer, where I was often faced with some of life's hardest and most heartbreaking moments. Those experiences shaped me deeply. They taught me just how important compassion, connection, and small acts of kindness truly are.

Over time, I felt drawn to something gentler. Flowers became my way of creating beauty in a world that can sometimes feel heavy. They offer comfort when words fall short, bring a sense of peace in times of sadness, and celebrate life's precious moments.

Today, from my little shop here in our regional South West community, I create each arrangement with intention. I understand that every bouquet carries a message - whether it's love, sympathy, gratitude, or hope - and it is a privilege to help you express that with flowers.
